Our Mission Statement
The Parkinson’s Support Group of Asheville is an all-volunteer 501
(c)
(3) established to Educate, Assist, and Advocate for people with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers with the goal of a better quality of life Who We ARE
We are a strong, dynamic, support group ready to help you navigate your life
with Parkinson's.
We stand in the present and look toward the future. What began in the 80’s, thanks to Jane Raoul Bingham, is now 185 members strong and counting. We have established a community where people with Parkinson’s and caregivers can share personal experiences. Ever moving forward, experimenting with new arenas for outreach and social opportunities serves as the core of our purpose to support our members.
